We use an Automatic Visual Inspection Machine (AVI) and connect it to multiple workstations to to measure the board bend and hole diameter of each PCB board, check whether there is a leak hole and other appearance consistency checks.At the same time, the AVI has the capability to calibrate inspection data, which not only realizes visual inspection functions but also provides feedback on the stability of each process from the equipment end, thus offering reliable data support for subsequent in-depth analysis.
